Athletics session 1

For Athletics Session 1 we did a warm up so all of room 15 went in a line and he told us some things you have to do before running the first thing was to when you run do the opposite with your arms so if and arm is on the left and the foot is on the right that's good but if your foot is on the left and your arm is on the left that's wrong so when you do it opposite it makes you run straight and better.
After our warm up's we played some games we got in groups of 6 Meleane and Alisi and me and Hopelily and Joelai was in our group we had to run straight with the opposite trick so leg left and arm right or opposite then we had to walk back then after that we had to do it again and again.After that we played this game and he chose some taggers to protect the cone and we had to distract him so we could make it unfortunately I loss but I did see some pretty good Distracters and they made it in then after 2 more rounds of that game we came and sat down for a rest and he told us that next week their will be a new coach
